The firm did the design for the building demolition and asbestos abatement work for the former Waggoner Federal Building which will become the new State Office Building in downtown Shreveport. The project wil last about ten (10) months and includes asbestos abatement, interior demolition, and demolition of the parking garage. The exterior skin will be removed and the foundations ans steel structure will remain for a future phase 2 project. Project managers for this project are Lauren Marchive III, Architect, and Brady Henderson, environmental consultant. The contractor is Gill Industries.
