Cheryl has more than 44 years of experience in business administration, having worked in or owned her own business within family businesses. I have been with the firm since January 2022.
I have worked on the varied firm projects, on and off, when called upon.
Job Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying
- Providing support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Notary Public
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Publisher, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, Quickbooks, Quicken, FreshBooks, and other basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
I attend church regularly, fellowship frequently, volunteer work often, enjoy exercising, biking, walking, tennis, travel, love reading, and have published several works (books and magazine articles). I am from a family of 12, have raised 3 wonderful people and, now, get to grandparent!
