Groundbreaking
Newman Marchive Incorporated recently announced the grounbreaking for two of our current projects for our clients.
First Baptist Church - Hunter Hall Remodel & Revitalization​

First Baptist Church Shreveport held a groundbreaking on January 16, 2025 for the Hunter Hall project.
​
This is a $10 million dollar project to renovate about 27,000 square and includes a new covered drop-off, improved handicap access and parking, and a new elevator. There will also be a new central welcoming area to receive visitors.
DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office & Detention Center
DeSoto Parish held a groundbreaking on July 1st, 2025 for the new Sheriff's Office and Detention Center project.

This will be a $20 Million project for the design and construction of a new 150 bed detention facility and new Sheriff's office in Mansfield, LA. Newman Marchive Inc. is doing project administration and Grace Hebert Curtis is the architectural consultant.
